Multipurpose Reloading Complex in Ust-Luga expands the employee benefits package with Voluntary Health Insurance

Multipurpose Reloading Complex LLC (MRC) operating in Ust-Luga has introduced an additional healthcare instrument for its employees – Voluntary Health Insurance which expands the employee benefits package. 

The insurance company is SAO VSK. The employees have already been provided with individual packages comprising insurance certificates, lists of available health care centres, insurance programmes describing the types and the scope of available medical aid. SAO VSK specialists have held several online meetings with the company personnel to tell about the rules for receiving the services.

Taking care of the employees’ health is an important part of the company's social welfare programme. Every year, MRC reimburses its employees’ expenses for health-improving and preventive measures, health resort treatment, tickets to health improvement camps for their children and sport activities. Health screening and vaccination is organized on a regular basis. During the pandemic period, MRC makes every effort to protect its personnel from the coronavirus infection: arranges thermometry, COVID-19 tests, additional health screening, purchase of sanitizers, disinfection of premises and handling equipment.
