Universal Handling Company LLC (UHC, a company of PORT ONE*) – a cargo terminal at the port of Ust-Luga in the Leningrad region, specializing in acceptance, storage and shipment of bulk cargoes.
In 2017, Universal Handling Company LLC won the Industry Leader Competition of the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot) in the “Marine Stevedoring Company” nomination and was also acknowledged by the Association of Commercial Sea Ports as the best stevedoring company.
