Season’s greetings from Multipurpose Reloading Complex LLC

Dear colleagues!

The year of 2020 was not the best period for the market of steam coal. The fall in demand for this energy source in Europe, global prices ups and downs were keeping the coal market in the state of uncertainty and unpredictability throughout the year. Despite the unfavorable market situation, Multipurpose Reloading Complex managed to implement its throughput plan having intensified its loading operations in the second half of the year.

The company's team has focused on improvement of its internal processes. From the beginning of the year, we have been introducing the Production System. The employees have got actively involved in generation of improvement ideas. Some of them have already been realized with a multimillion effect.

Just like the previous year, special attention was paid to environment protection.  We have enhanced ecological monitoring and acquired additional mobile facilities for dust suppression. Expanding our fleet of environmental equipment and facilities we are able to maintain a high level of safety.

The company made every efforts to protect its employees from the coronavirus infection. In particular, it arranged testing, distribution of individual protective means, disinfection of premises and equipment. It also provided an additional shuttle bus for the personnel with checking temperature of all the passengers. Additional medical inspection of employees was introduced to reveal signs of a possible disease.

As for the social sphere, we take into account the employees’ expectations and expand cultural entertainment opportunities for them. With the initiative of MRC’s primary trade union organization within the Water Transport Workers’ Unions and with the support of the company authorities, port workers were offered several sightseeing tours. According to a tradition, all children of our employees were given New Year presents.

We feel optimistic about the future having done our best to ensure the success. I believe sincerely in implementation of our plans.
