Social programme of Multipurpose Reloading Complex in Ust-Luga

In the 9-months period of 2019, Multipurpose Reloading Complex LLC (MRC) allocated more than RUB 1 million for implementation of its social programme.

The company covered its employees’ expenses for package tours, medicine and medical equipment. Financial assistance was also provided to port workers in distress.

The company made traditional allocations to cover employees’ payment for their kids stay in health improvement camps during school holidays, provided financial assistance to parents of first-graders and employees’ families on the occasion of the Children's Defence Day.

MRC pays special attention to professional development of its personnel. In the reporting period, over 70 employees were trained under different upgrade training programmes, 58% more, year-on-year.  The terminal personnel had educational courses on labour and fire safety as well as eco-management and audit.
