The terminal of LLC “Multipurpose reloading complex” put into operation new dust suppression plant

In June of 2015 within the implementation of environmental programme of LLC “Multipurpose Reloading Complex” (MRC) in port of Ust-Luga (Leningrad region) new mobile dust suppression plant WLP-700T was put into operation. Its use will allow to improve efficiency of dust suppression process of MRC, which will increase the level of environmental safety when handling coal at the terminal.

WLP-700T was manufactured by Russian company “EIM Engineering”. This plant is a mobile generator of fine water (so called “gun”), which by aerodynamic cone and powerful fan creates fog at the territory with radius of 70 m. This plant can be transported by truck to the area where operations are intense. The plant is equipped by remote controller which can be used for remote adjustment of angle of water flow depending on wind force and direction.
