Multipurpose Reloading Complex allocated RUB 356,000 for its social programme

From the beginning of 2018, OOO Multipurpose Reloading Complex (MRC) has spent RUB 356,000 for implementation of its social programme.In the reporting period, the company boosted its compensative and incentive payments to its employees 8.5 times.
MRC covered its employees’ expenses for medical services, medicine, health resort packages, health improvement camps for their children and sports. Besides, regular bonuses are paid to employees to celebrate anniversaries and holidays.
Moreover, MRC has made allocations for its employees’ training. 14 employees have completed different educational courses from the beginning of the year.

OOO Multipurpose Reloading Complex (MRC) is cargo terminal in the port of Ust-Luga, Leningrad Region, specializing in unloading, storage and loading of exported and imported general and bulk cargoes. The main cargo is export power coal. In 2017, MRC LLC handled 5.5 mln t of cargo, up 23%, year-on-year.
