“Multipurpose Reloading Complex" increased the financing of its social programmes 4 times

Within 9 months of 2014 LLC “Multipurpose Reloading Complex” (MRC) in the port of Ust-Luga (Leningrad region) transferred 1.3 mln Rubles for the implementation of the social programmes which is 4 times more than during the same period of the last year. Financing amounts increased mainly due to the growth of expenses for training of the personnel.

83 employees of MRC –half of the company’s personnel participated in professional development programmes and in knowledge check-ups which is thrice more than in January-September of 2013.  39 employees out of those were trained to operate new equipment, which was delivered to the company’s berths this year.  

MRC reimbursed expenses for medical care and recreation of the employees, provided financial assistance to those who found themselves in hard life situation. According to tradition the company provided bonuses for its heroes of an anniversary and paid various monetary grants dedicated to official holidays.

Within the reporting period MRC supported also financially cultural events in Kingisepp (Leningrad region), dedicated to Day of Russia, 630 anniversary of foundation of the city and Russian Hanseatic Days.
