The results of the implementation of development programme of “Multipurpose Reloading Complex”
for 9 months of 2015

Within January-September of 2015 LLC “Multipurpose Reloading Complex” (MRC) in the port of Ust-Luga (Leningrad region) transferred 46 mln Rubles for the development of production capacities. Main funds were transferred for the purchase of the handling equipment and development of port infrastructure.
In order to satisfy the growing turnover of the company three new two-leaf grab buckets GH 16-9.5 with capacity of 9.5 м³ each were purchased. The company also paid advance for new handling equipment – rubber-tyred mobile conveyors LK-2512 with capacity of 1 000 tons per hour each and manipulator crane MANTSINEN 120R with bucket capacity of 5 m³, – which will be delivered to the terminal prior to the end of the this year.
In order to increase the efficiency of dust suppression system during handling of coal at the terminal new mobile dust suppression plant WLP-700T operation area of 70 m was put into operation.
Within the reporting period lease payments for earlier purchased equipment were made.
LLC “Multipurpose Reloading Complex” (included in UCL Port- stevedoring division of the International transportation group UCL Holding) is a cargo terminal in the port of Ust-Luga in the Leningrad region, specializing in reception, storage and shipment of export and import general and bulk cargoes. Main cargo reloaded by the company is export power generating coal. In 2014 the turnover of LLC “MRC” amounted to 4 mln tons of cargo.
